How does Kearsley compare in enrollment decline with other Flint Area Metro Schools as well as schools who border Kearsely?

Fairness

Why is it that a committee of community members who are deciding the fate of a school is compromised of a mere 25% of district residents?  That is right.  Out of 12 members on a building closure committee, only 3 were district residents.

Furthermore, when deciding building usage, why was real estate location not considered in the equation?
